TIPS FOR INQUIRER LETTER WRITERS
Our preference is that you e-mail your Letter to the Editor to inquirer.letters@phillynews.com. You can also fax letters to 215-854-5884 or mail them to The Inquirer, Box 8263, Philadelphia, Pa. 19101.
Letters should be limited to no more than 150-200 words.
Letters will be edited, mostly for space reasons.
Writers must include a home address, and daytime and evening telephone numbers for verification.
With your permission, we will publish your e-mail address along with your name and city.
Our staff verifies the authorship of every letter being considering for publication. Due to space limitations, however, not every letter that's verified can be published in The Inquirer print edition. At times, we publish additional letters on our blog at inquirer.com/saywhat.
