Daily Signe: Drug tests for governors

The Governor now says that his remarks about drug use among deadbeat Pennsylvania job seekers were referring to oil and gas workers, who must take drug tests to be hired.  Makes more sense. Wouldn't want people lighting up next to flammable substances.
