How to add or remove someone from a Philly.com mailing list
Here's how to add or remove someone from a Philly.com mailing list - or change their date of birth so they are "old enough to comment"
Note: This requires a higher level of access in Clickability. Supervisors (Bob, Ellen) should have this ability.
Go to the "Distribute" tab (if you don't see it, you don't have access)
Choose "Subscribers" from the left-hand rail
Choose "View Subscribers" and enter the user's email address
Then navigate to the mailing lists section. You can subscribe or unsubcribe them from this section.
Extra bonus tip: If you've ever gotten the message that you (or a user) is not old enough to comment on Philly.com, you can fix this here as well.
That error usually happens to internal people whose accounts were set up in a batch. They all have birth years of 1999 listed.
Just go to the details section of the subscriber record and update the date.
