Trump’s tweets are helping Croydon-based robot maker Macron Dynamics boom. Now it needs workers.

A tight local labor market, fueled by retiring Baby Boomers at manufacturing plants and worker-hungry Amazon warehouses, are making it hard for manufacturers to find workers and space to expand. Many of these firms are part of the supply chain for bigger companies.
