As some malls in the region and many around the country are struggling, King of Prussia Mall is adding new stores in the year ahead.

The mall’s new businesses are just its latest expansion, following a spate of openings in the spring. The region’s shopping offerings have grown elsewhere too — Ardmore’s Suburban Square has new retailers slated to open in 2025, and Cherry Hill Mall also brought in some new stores earlier this year.

Already this month, the King of Prussia Mall added Camp, which offers rotating themed experiences. The new location’s first experience allows customers to explore the world of the popular children’s show Bluey. Amorino, a gelato chain, is also expected to open its new King of Prussia location in the coming days.

Here’s what the mall plans to add in 2025:

Retailers

Yeti. Founded in 2006, Yeti is known for its hefty coolers and other outdoor gear. This will be the company’s first store in the Philadelphia region.

Gorjana. The jewelry store, which got its start in 2004 in California, has locations across the country. Locally, it has outposts in Ardmore and Center City.

Moncler. This will be the outdoor apparel brand’s first store in the region. It was started in 1952 in France.

Rowan. The piercing shop also has locations slated for Cherry Hill Mall and Ardmore’s Suburban Square.

Abercrombie & Fitch. The casual apparel brand was founded in 1892, originally selling products for camping, fishing, and hunting. King of Prussia opened an Abercrombie Kids store earlier this year.

Columbia Sportswear. The outdoor gear manufacturer, which originated as a hat distributor in the Portland area, also has outposts in the Cherry Hill Mall, at the Fashion District, and outlets in the region.

Princess Polly. The women’s apparel company got its start in 2010 and has headquarters in California and Australia. The brand has stores in Massachusetts, Arizona, and California.

Aroma360. This will be the first site in the Philadelphia region for this seller of scents and diffusers, which also has locations in New York, Florida, Texas, California, Arizona, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Joseph Jacob Jewelers. The diamond and jewelry business has locations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Food

Clusters Handcrafted Popcorn. Founded in 2011, Clusters is owned by Bucks County natives who wanted to add another snack offering to New Hope. It also has locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Eataly. The food hall chain sells Italian wines and foods such as pastas and tomato sauces and typically includes a restaurant.

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar. Originally slated to open in 2024, Lazy Dog is now expected to start serving customers at the mall in 2025.

Kpot. This hot pot and Korean BBQ restaurant has several locations in Pennsylvania including one on Cottman Avenue in Rhawnhurst and another on Oregon Avenue in South Philly.

Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar. The brand has restaurants across the country offering cocktails, seafood, and more.

Experiences

Netflix House. The 120,000-square-foot space will offer games, food, and merchandise shops. Netflix is launching two such sites. The other will be in Dallas.
