NRC approves transfer of NJ nuclear plant to Holtec International, which will dismantle it

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission gave its blessing to Holtec's plan to accelerate the $885 million decommissioning of the Oyster Creek nuclear plant, which shut down in 2018.
