Used-car buyers in Bucks County will have protections under a new lemon law — but dealers may not know what’s expected of them yet

It's the first county-level law of its kind in Pennsylvania, requiring warranties and other protections on used vehicles that have less than 100,000 miles. The law takes effect in January.
