Valley Forge Military Academy faces battle for its soul between entrenched board and upstart alums

“We keep hoping these guys would go away,” said current president Stuart Helgeson. “They’re weakening the brand.” But alums say intransigent board members are making things worse at Pennsylvania's last remaining military school.
