Temple downs Tulsa as freshman Nick Jourdain scores 23

Temple fought against Tulsa and managed to come out on top.

Freshman Nick Jourdain scored 23 points Wednesday night as Temple earned a 69-64 American Athletic Conference victory over host Tulsa.

Damian Dunn had 17 points while Jahlil White and Zach Hicks added 11 apiece for the Owls, who improved to 10-6, 3-2 AAC. White also had 10 rebounds.

Jeriah Horne had 15 points and seven rebounds for Tulsa (6-8, 0-3).

Temple returns to action Jan.<TH>19 with a home game against Wichita State at 7<TH>p.m.
