Authorities have questioned the husband of Susan Powell, 28, a stockbroker, and searched an area in the Utah desert where he said he took the couple's two young children, ages 2 and 4, camping last weekend in freezing conditions.
West Valley City Police Capt. Tom McLachlan said yesterday that friends and family still had not heard from the woman as detectives tried to figure out where she could be.
