👍 Up: Kenny Pickett

Pickett had his strongest performance of the preseason while playing the entire first half. He wasn’t aggressive downfield, but he looked poised and decisive in the pocket. Pickett finished the day 6-for-9 for 58 yards.

👎 Down: Tanner McKee

McKee got off to a bad start on his first play of the day upon taking over for Pickett. Andre Carter strip sacked McKee and the Vikings recovered at the Eagles’ 25-yard line. He finished 13-for-21 for 115 yards and an interception.

👍 Up: Oren Burks

After dealing with a knee injury for most of camp, Burks made his Eagles preseason debut. He contributed a sack and six tackles, including one for a loss. Burks nearly had an interception on a pass batted by Tarron Jackson.

👎 Down: Nolan Smith

The fact that Smith played in the final preseason game at all – let alone well into the second quarter – when the notable returning players sat isn’t exactly encouraging. He finished the game with one tackle and wasn’t noticeable up front.

👍 Up: Tristin McCollum

The Eagles are thin at safety behind the starters, and McCollum is pushing for a depth role. He had a team-high nine tackles, a pass breakup, and an interception that was wiped out by a Cooper DeJean illegal contact penalty.

👎 Down: Zech McPhearson

McPhearson is among the depth cornerbacks fighting for a roster spot, and he didn’t help his case on Saturday. He committed pass interference in the second quarter and missed a tackle later on a 20-yard reception.
