Eagles place Parkey on IR; team set to sign Caleb Sturgis

The Eagles are changing kickers. They will place Cody Parkey on injured reserve with a groin injury, according to NFL.com. The team is expected to sign former Dolphins kicker Caleb Sturgis, a league source said Monday.
