Eagles will face a brutal schedule of opponents next season

Now that the Eagles have clinched the NFC East and are heading to the playoffs, we have just about a clear picture who the Birds will be facing in 2025.

On paper, it’s going to be a tough schedule.

The Eagles are set to face teams from the AFC West and NFC North, two of the best divisions in the NFL this season. At least five of the eight teams are playoff bound, and the Denver Broncos could punch their ticket to the postseason with a win Sunday.

Thanks to the Birds’ first-place finish, the Eagles will also face division champs from the NFC West and AFC East, meaning games against the Los Angeles Rams at the Linc and the Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y.

The only opponent up in the air is the winner of the NFC South, which will be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers or the Atlanta Falcons, depending on what happens in Week 18.

The Eagles technically had nine home games this season, but one took place in Brazil. In 2025, the Birds will have nine road games and eight games at the Linc.

When will the NFL announce the full 2025 schedule?

Don’t hold your breath.

While the regular season will end next week, the NFL typically waits until the middle of May to announce the full schedule for the upcoming season.
