Eagles will wear all-black alternate uniforms in regular-season finale vs. Giants

It will be the first time the Birds have worn their all-black uniforms this season.

The blackout is commencing on Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field.

Although the Birds may rest their starters after securing the No. 2 seed in the NFC, they will don their all-black alternate uniforms to end the regular season against the New York Giants.

The last time the Eagles wore this look was last year in their Christmas Day matchup with the Giants. The Eagles first wore black jerseys in 2003 and added black pants in 2014.

In 2022, the Birds added a black helmet to the mix.

Although Sunday’s game is seen by some as meaningless, there are still questions surrounding whether the starters will play — especially with Saquon Barkley 101 yards away from Eric Dickerson’s single-season rushing record.
