Eagles projected to receive three extra draft picks, but that could change
Depending what happens with the rest of free agency, the Eagles are in line to receive several compensatory picks in the 2026 draft.
Basically, the NFL awards extra draft picks to teams that lose more free agents than they gain. The pick is determined by the size of the contract a player signs with a new team, and can be impacted by the percentage of snaps they play during the season.
