The pandemic may have slowed restaurant growth but it has not stopped it.

Justin Weathers and chef Joe Monnich, who in February opened a West Chester location of their suburban tavern hit Stove & Tap, have plans for another spacious restaurant in the western suburbs.

Revival Pizza Pub, penciled in for late spring or summer, will be part of the Hankin Group’s Weatherstone Town Center in Chester Springs, near the junction of Routes 100 and 401. They’re calling it a modern American restaurant focused on pizza, with a family-friendly atmosphere and bar with live music and plenty of outdoor seating. All told, it will encompass 6,700 square feet with lush greenery, natural light, and large windows.

The business partners also own Al Pastor in Exton — which is serving pizza as part of a pandemic pivot called Dough Amigos — as well as Stove & Tap locations in Lansdale and Malvern.
