Redd sets Wednesday for tree-lighting events

CAMDEN - Camden city will hold its fourth annual tree-lighting celebration Wednesday, Mayor Dana L. Redd announced Tuesday.

The holiday festivities are open to the public and will begin at 5 p.m., in Fountain Park, 1 Riverside Drive, next to the Adventure Aquarium.

Through a spokesman, Redd said the celebration "truly helps uplift our residents' spirits and builds a sense of community and civic pride. And what better way to celebrate such a fun time than with some hot chocolate and festive holiday music."
