Coronavirus has New Jersey officials swamped: ‘The closest thing this compares to is superstorm Sandy’

New Jersey, like other states, has been overwhelmed by the coronavirus, which is now a declared worldwide pandemic. Gov. Phil Murphy has instituted a state of emergency.
