A N.J. Marine reservist whose family says he ‘does stupid things sometimes’ pleads guilty to Capitol riot charges

Marcos Panayiotou, 30, of Cinnaminson, stormed the Capitol dressed in a hoodie from his old Marine unit and wearing a red ballcap embroidered with the slogan "Make the Politicians Afraid Again."
