Neighbors saw the derailment near Paulsboro up close

Rae Stevenson was standing at the counter of her Paulsboro kitchen Friday morning, opening a box of cereal and watching through the sliding glass doors, as an 82-car freight train crossed over Mantua Creek, just as she has done for years.
