Job cuts feared at Boeing’s Philly-area plant as U.S. Army calls stop on helicopter upgrades

Army undersecretary Ryan McCarthy says the military has "10 percent" too many Chinooks and plans to shift spending to new assault helicopters, robotic vehicles and digitally-connected weapons to deal with Russian and Chinese forces.
