Construction worker killed in accident on Northeast Extension of Pennsylvania Turnpike

A construction worker on the Pennsylvania Turnpike died in a work-related accident around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, a spokesperson from Philadelphia State Police said.
Authorities said the accident on the Northeast Extension was construction-related, and did not involve any civilian vehicles or traffic.
