Philadelphia Police Commissioner announces officer will be fired following Eddie Irizarry shooting

Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney and Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw provided updates on the Philadelphia police officer who shot and killed Eddie Irizarry. Commissioner Outlaw announced that Officer Mark Dial will be suspended with the intent of dismissal after 30 days.
