Philadelphia Police Officer Robert Blake takes charge at 15th and Market Street

Philadelphia Police officer Robert Blake assigned to monitor the east side of Philadelphia City Hall stepped up by himself to control the flow of traffic going south on 15th and east on Market Street along with pedestrians crossing in different direction after a traffic light malfunction late Tuesday morning November 9, 2021. Officer Blake kept traffic flowing and under control until traffic unit officers arrived to take over control.
