Photos: Explosion rocks South Philly refinery and the neighbors around it

A series of explosions were reported about 4 a.m. at the Philadelphia Energy Solutions (PES) refining complex. The fire quickly escalated to a third alarm, and sparked concerns in the neighborhood about environmental safety.
