Here’s what is open, closed in the Philly area on Presidents’ Day 2023

With the notable exception of banks, many businesses are open each year on Presidents’ Day, the third Monday in February. Established in 1885 in recognition of President George Washington, the day is seen as a way to celebrate all 46 U.S. presidencies. Here’s a roundup of the holiday’s impact on some services:

✅ South Philly Food Co-op will be open normal hours.

✅ Sprouts will be open regular business hours.
