Doug Mastriano: 'Lawlessness here is killing Philadelphia'

While in North Philadelphia on Friday to meet with Latino business owners and pitch his ultraconservative candidacy in the state’s most Democratic city, Mastriano touted his stance on police. "On Day One we're going to become a law and order state. Our police officers will have the authority to go out there and make arrests," said Mastriano. "Lawlessness here is killing Philadelphia."
