Woman, 35, fatally stabbed in Fox Chase home

A 35-year-old woman was found stabbed to death Wednesday inside a home in the city’s Fox Chase section, police said.

Just before 5:30 p.m. in the 800 block of Bergen Street, the victim was found unresponsive in a second-floor bathroom by her mother, police said. The victim, who had stab wounds to her back, was pronounced dead at 5:36 p.m. by medics.

Police reported no arrests and said no weapon was found in the house.
