Political cartoon: Measles’ spotty message

Measles vaccinations seem so unnecessary until the kids next door come home covered with spots. In the good old days of my youth, my brothers and I all survived bouts of the measles. Unfortunately, before the introduction in 1963 of a measles vaccine, each year 450 to 500 children in the U.S. did not. I vaccinated my children.
