The Phillies managed just three hits and fell to the Atlanta Braves, 3-0, in Game 2 of their National League Division Series at Truist Park. They’ll head back to Philly with a 1-1 series split.
The game was originally scheduled to begin at 4:35 p.m., but was delayed nearly three hours due to rain and instead started at 7:30 p.m.
Ace Zack Wheeler started for the Phillies in Game 2 against the Braves, the team he grew up rooting for, but picked up the loss on Wednesday. He faced righty Kyle Wright, who notched 21 wins for Atlanta this season.
