Fans turned out and dressed up in droves for Game 3 of the 2022 World Series between the Philadelphia Phillies and Houston Astros at Citizens Bank Park just before the rain on Monday. The game was to mark the first home game for the Phillies and coincided with Halloween. It was delayed because of weather.
