Last of 1706 Rittenhouse penthouses sold
1706 Rittenhouse Square Street sells the last of its four penthouses. Only seven units left of 31 original
Developer Tom Scannapieco said 1706 Rittenhouse Square Street has sold the last of its four penthouses and ends 2011 with sales of more than over $18 million in under five months, and $114 million in sales to date.
The 8,444-square-foot, two-story, 31st-floor penthouse sold in April 2010 for a record $12.5 million. The last penthouse for sale went for $7 million, as did the third, and both were sold in the last three months.
Combined total sale price for the four penthouses was $32 million.
The $145 million building was developed by Scannapieco and Parkway Corp.'s Joseph and Robert Zuritsky. Seven units, starting at $4 million, remain of the original 31.
