Lane restrictions on Routes 611 and 202 to start Friday night
Work in Doylestown, Warrington and New Britain planned for this weekend and next week.
PennDOT reports these intermittent lane closures that will restrict traffic on Routes 611 and 202 during the next week.
Route 611 and Route 202 bypasses, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning, for the removal of old overhead signs and placement of new signs:
Friday and Saturday (Dec. 9-10), lane closures on the southbound Route 202 Bypass between Route 313 (Swamp Road) and Main Street, and on the northbound and southbound Route 611 Bypass between Edison-Furlong Road and Main Street; and
Monday through Friday (Dec. 12-16), lane closures on the northbound and southbound Route 202 Bypass between Route 611 and Main Street, and on the northbound and southbound Route 611 Bypass between Main Street and State Street.
In Warrington and New Britain townships, there will be periodic lane closures Monday through Friday (Dec. 12-16) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Upper State Road between County Line and Pickertown roads and on Route 152 (Limekiln Pike) between Stump Road and Route 202 (Butler Avenue) for widening at intersections.
