Police in West Whiteland Township are seeking the public's help to apprehend a brazen car thief who broke windows to gain entry to three vehicles in the Exton area.

The thefts, which included purses containing wallets, credit cards, and an iPod, occurred on Monday between 5 and 6:30 p.m. at Reno's Pizza on Rt. 30 and TGI Friday's on Rt. 100, said West Whiteland Det. Scott Pezick.

Pezick said two of the credit cards were later used to make purchases at a Wawa and a Rite-Aid drug store in Chester County. Surveillance video shows a man using one of the stolen credit cards at the Wawa.
