Noel leaves game with eyelid laceration

76ers rookie Nerlens Noel suffered a lower-right-eyelid laceration in Saturday's game against the Charlotte Hornets.

The injury occurred on Noel's unsuccessfully block attempt of Noah Vonleh's dunk with 7 minutes, 7 seconds left in the second quarter.  The 6-foot-11 power forward fell the court underneath the basket.   Moments later, Noel was checked out on the bench before going to the locker room,

He will not return. The 20-year-old had two points and two rebounds in 10 minutes. The Sixers led 51-49 at the half.
