Cops: Argument at Chinatown massage parlor leads to fatal shooting

A man has died after a shooting Saturday night at a massage parlor in Chinatown.
The shooting happened at Saigon Therapy on 10th Street near Arch around 11:50 p.m. Officers responded to the second-floor parlor for a reported shooting and found Qi Lin, 53, of Arch Street near 10th, lying on the floor with a gunshot wound to the face. He was taken to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he died at 9:25 p.m. Sunday, said Officer Christine O'Brien, a police spokeswoman.
Police said the shooting was the result of an argument with an unknown male, although it is unclear what the argument was about. Police reported no arrests.
