A 20-year-old man was formally charged Thursday in the murder of Robert Sneed, the teenager gunned down in Frankford Monday afternoon.

Police said they nabbed Andre Logan after a witness saw him and two other men run into a house not far from where Sneed, 18, was fatally gunned down on Kinsey Street near Tackawanna -- about a block from where the Colin Farrell flick "Dead Man Down" was scheduled to film scenes a few hours after the murder.

Logan was arraigned Thursday afternoon on charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, illegal firearm possession, reckless endangerment and related offenses.

Homicide Unit Sgt. Tim Cooney said police also arrested a second man in Sneed's murder, 18-year-old Michael Dingle, on Thursday after a warrant for the teen was issued. He has not yet been formally charged.
