Man slain in Kingsessing

A 22-year-old man died after he was shot on a street corner in Kingsessing early Monday evening, police said.
The victim was outside at Frazier and Broomall streets just before 6 p.m., police said, when he was shot once in the upper left side of his chest by an unknown suspect.
The suspect was last seen heading east on Elliott Street.
Police took the victim to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was pronounced dead at 6:09 p.m.
