Murder victim identified as Fern Rock man

Police have identified a man slain during a robbery yesterday in North Philadelphia as Kevin Moses, 27, of Fern Rock.

Moses, of 13th Street near Champlost, was shot once in the face on 11th Street near Lehigh Avenue about 9 a.m. Police reported no suspects. Tipsters can call homicide detectives at (215) 686-3334 or -3335.
