North Philly murder victim identified

Police have identified a man slain during an argument in North Philadelphia last night as Felix Flores, 21, of Venango Street near 11th.

Flores was shot multiple times in the torso about 9 p.m. on Philip Street near Westmoreland, Officer Jillian Russell said. He died at the scene. Police reported no arrests. Tipsters can call homicide detectives at (215) 686-3334 or -3335.
