Springsteen and Bon Jovi: Together on stage last night

It was a funner event than expected at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, N.J., last night when the "Boss" suddenly appeared on stage.

Rocker Jon Bon Jovi introduced Bruce Springsteen, who was not on the list of

scheduled performers at the benefit concert.

Springsteen provided background vocals and guitar solos for “Run

Rudolph Run.” He later performed “Merry Christmas, Baby” and “Santa

Claus Is Comin’ To Town.” Bon Jovi and Southside Johnny Lyon also

entertained the crowd at Count Basie Theatre.

The fourth annual all-star Hope Concert raised more than $250,000 for

the Parker Family Health Center. Audience members also brought more

than 10,000 pounds of food for the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean

Counties, Associated Press reported.
