6th Ave. Electronics buys ex-Office Depot stores
Deptford store sells for $3.3 million; Oxford Valley, for $2.7 million
Sixth Ave. Electronics, New York, which with rival HH Gregg has been expanding into the Philadelphia area since the Circuit City chain failed in 2008, has bought the former Office Depot store adjoining Deptford Mall, Gloucester County, for $3.3 million, and the former Office Depot across Lincoln Highway from the Oxford Valley Mall in Langhorne for $2.7 million, according to Rob Cooper of Metro Commercial Real Estate Inc., who brokered the sale.
