Big price cut for Pennsylvania’s first LEED Platinum rehab
We – and every other real estate blog in town – have had our eye on the commonwealth's first LEED Platinum rehab for nearly a year. The Fairmount home has been a press darling since it hit the market last fall.
Fast-forward a few seasons, and the home has gone from $1.295 million to $1.099 million. Local doyenne of all things mid-century modern and listing agent Marion Dinofa alerted us to the nearly $200,000 price cut. A bargain, considering all the fancy sustainables the home includes. A Rain Bird watering system! A koi pond! Argon-filled windows! How many of us can claim noble gases in our jalousies?
If the price chop isn't enough, the place also comes with covered parking for a year.
Visit the home's website to read up on all of the amenities and check out the swoon-inducing photos. Click here to view the fill listing.
