Trenton Stables developer announces new project in Kensington
Having sold their final unit in Fishtown's Trenton Stables, boutique builders AGA Developers recently announced plans for a 19-unit project in what they are calling South Kensington.
The townhomes project, called South Square, will be on Berks Street adjacent to the Market-Frankford El and promise off-street parking, private vehicle access, rooftop decks and "exceptional curb appeal."
The project will also include two streetside commercial spaces fronting on Berks.
"From a buyer's standpoint, South Kensington represents the next great real estate opportunity in Philly," said AGA's Sean Killeen.
Time will tell.
