Reconnect and renew yourself this Winter Solstice
Since ancient times when we were more in tune with nature the Winter Solstice, the shortest day, longest night of the year, has always been a time of celebration. In our modern, fast-paced society, we are often too focused on shopping and preparing for the upcoming holiday festivities to slow down and take notice of the natural rhythms of the earth. Make this year different though by taking time out for yourself at one of the many Winter Solstice events in our local fitness community.
