UNIQLO to open King of Prussia store in 2014

On Tuesday, UNIQLO officially announced in a press release that the brand would be opening five new U.S. stores during the spring/summer seasons.

In addition to new locations in California and Connecticut, UNIQLO will be opening a storefront inside the King of Prussia Mall.

This announcement comes shortly after the news that the Japanese-based casual retailer will be opening up a shop on Chestnut St. in Philadelphia, expected to open in the fall of 2014. There are currently 17 stores in the United States including three in New York City, five in New York state, three in New Jersey, one in Connecticut, and five in California.

The Philadelphia and King of Prussia locations will be the first UNIQLO stores in the state of Pennsylvania.
