A thin parallel? Yes. But who cares. The point is, this awful time is over and we can go back to knowing the Cowboys will not be Super Bowl champions.
Of course this makes the rest of the playoffs less interesting, without a team to even root against. Maybe watching a one-legged Aaron Rodgers hobble his way into Seattle?
Or we could just see what sort of affect this has on Chris Christie. He usually handles public defeat with aplomb.
