Good news everyone, there are still lots of tickets available to tonight's Sixers-Knicks tankathon at the Wells Fargo Center (although it's still laughable the team is charging over $100 for some seats).

Is there even a reason to watch this game? The Sixers are coming off a 35-point loss to the Wizards, while the Knicks come in 1-16 in their last 17 games after discarding roster staples J.R. Smith, Iman Shumpert and Samuel Dalembert.

About the only reason I can think of to tune in is to check out former St. Joseph's guard Langston Galloway. "Langsanity" has turned into an unlikely rookie sensation for the Knicks, where he's averaging 12 points and 25 minutes in five games. On Monday, he scored 21 points in the Knicks win over Pelicans.

"[Langston] has been what we thought he could be,'' Knicks coach Derek Fisher told the New York Post. "Which is why we wanted him with our organization since this summer. Not just making shots but having the type of mindset you want to have on your team. For a young guy, he's tough-minded, not afraid to compete against the best."

I've been a very vocal critic of Sam Hinkie's tanking strategy, but at least Galloway will have local fans rooting for him, and not just because they're also rooting for another Sixers loss. After all, the only balls that hold any interest to the Sixers organization these days are lottery balls.

Speaking of Hinkie, here are some recent cartoons I've drawn about our tanking guru:
