Early buyrates for WWE Survivor Series down from previous two years
The early buyrates for WWE Survivor Series are apparently in, and they don't look good.
According to a report from PWInsider.com, Survivor Series in November garnered around 200,000 buys, down from 2011 and 2012.
Survivor Series was headlined by the return of John Cena from an elbow injury and a WWE Championship match between Randy Orton and Big Show.
According to the report, WWE pay-per-views are averaging 171,000 buys during the final quarter of 2013. On average, 101,000 of those buys come from within the United States. The other 70,000 or so come from overseas.
