The ongoing saga of US Airways, ex-America West pilots

Pilots for the former America West are continuing the legal struggle for what they see as fair treatment from their union, the U.S. Airline Pilots Association, which is dominated by those from the original US Airways. A 2-1 federal appeals court ruling last week gave USAPA the right to be the pilots' bargaining representative but the plaintiffs in the lawsuit want the full 9th Circuit Court to rehear the case.
